Patrick Hehir has been living and working on Nantucket for over 30 years. Building upon his extensive construction experience, Patrick founded Hehir Group Custom Builders in 2004. Patrick prides himself on working closely with homeowners and architects to create unique custom homes while completing projects on time. He has respect for Nantucket’s numerous boards and commissions and works with them to realize his clients' dreams while maintaining the beauty of Nantucket. Patrick was named Best Builder in the 2009 Best of Nantucket competition.
Patrick, his wife and their two children thoroughly enjoy living on island. The Hehir family understands the importance of giving back to the community and supports numerous non-profit organizations that benefit the youth of Nantucket.
Property Care
After you take occupancy of your new home it is extremely important that your investment is cared for properly. As your builder and caretaker, our comprehensive knowledge of your property gives you total peace of mind.
At the end of the season our caretaking team prepares your home for winter by checking and maintaining all of the equipment and systems. In the spring we get your home ready for the season so that when you arrive back on island it's as if you never left.
